Convergint was built upon a solid foundation of 10 Values & Beliefs, written as the principles that would drive the company’s positive culture. Colleagues are encouraged to live by these Values & Beliefs on a daily basis, whether at home, at work, or in their communities. By staying closely aligned with that culture and making decisions guided by the 10 Values & Beliefs, Convergint stays accountable to its number one objective: providing exceptional service to customers.
In commemoration of Convergint’s 20-year celebration, colleagues showed their appreciation for Convergint’s culture and Values & Beliefs by participating in a video contest to answer one of two questions:
- What does Convergint’s “Culture of Service” mean to you?
- What is your favorite of Convergint’s Values & Beliefs?
Each video submission was judged by a panel of colleagues, and the winners are in! First place received a grand prize of $3,000, second received $2,000, third received $1,000, and 20 honorable mention winners received $100. Congratulations to the winners of the Values & Beliefs video contest, in celebration of 20 years of Convergint!

Although not every colleague who participated in the Values & Beliefs Video Contest was a grand prize winner, 17 additional contest submissions received the top-20 prize of $100 USD each. Of all the submissions received, each video perfectly exemplified the unique, empowered culture Convergint has built over the last 20 years.
