At the core of Convergint’s thriving culture of service is its annual Convergint Social Responsibility Day. Since 2002, on the first Friday in June, Convergint closes for a full, paid workday so that colleagues may go out to serve in their communities through various service projects.
Following the Unite conference, this year’s CSRD theme was “A Foundation of Service”. This theme refers to the importance of giving back as one of Convergint’s founding Values and Beliefs. Convergint’s ongoing dedication to service is foundational and helps drive the company’s success.
