Convergint colleagues around the world are continuously striving to improve their communities and make a difference in the places that they live and work. This includes devoting time to train and upskill the next generation of professionals in the security systems integration industry.
Convergint recently expanded its Technical Apprenticeship Program across multiple Convergint Technology Centers (CTCs), with Seattle leading the way by welcoming 12 new apprentice colleagues.
This unique training program begins with two weeks of instruction and lab coursework providing a foundation of knowledge that sets the stage for a future career. From there, participants will receive approximately 50 weeks of hands-on on-the-job training, utilizing the Pro Learning app to track progress and guide them to full certification in their chosen field.
