Recently, Convergint affinity group leaders came together in Atlanta, Georgia for an in-person leadership meeting. This meeting incorporated leaders from 8 different affinity groups currently active at Convergint:

The meeting agenda included:

  • Updates from each affinity group and the I&D council on their annual goal progress and upcoming initiatives.
  • Executive leadership involvement in guiding and developing new affinity group initiatives.
  • Guest speaker presentation by Mason Donovan, author of The Golden Apple, focusing on work-life balance values.
  • Culture tour of Atlanta, highlighting historical sites including Martin Luther King Jr.’s house, The King Center, and other landmarks.
  • Integration of fun and laughter throughout the event.
