Eric Prescott

Operations Manager, Cybersecurity Services , Convergint

With 20 years in the security integration business, Eric has developed deep technical expertise in the IP surveillance and physical access control space, holding multiple manufacturer and industry certifications including the Security Industry Cybersecurity Certification (SICC) from the Security Industry Association. As the industry moved from analog to digital, he was an early adopter of cyber hardening best practices for integrated security systems, standing up one of the early integrator led system hardening programs. At Convergint Eric advises operations and service colleagues in the proper implementation of cybersecurity best practices in physical security systems.

Justin Collins is a 19-year veteran of the Rochester Police Department (RPD). During his time with RPD he worked in some of the most challenging, high crime neighborhoods of the city as part of Patrol, Tactical, and Gang units. Quickly into his career Justin earned his IDS certification as a police general topics instructor and has instructed several hundred police recruits specializing in conflict management, domestic violence prevention, and gang awareness.
Outside of his work with RPD, in 2007 Collins founded the Badge of Honor Association (Badge of Honor) a 501c3 nonprofit organization that supported police officers involved in critical incidents and the children of fallen officers across Western and Central, NY. In 2016 Justin focused his off-duty time on launching and managing his own business, Police Exam Career Prep (PECP), a recruitment and workforce development company that prepared quality, passionate professional candidates for positions with public safety agencies through engaged training and mentoring.
Today, Collins spend most of his time working in the police technology solution space where he leads over 40 sworn and civilian employees within TSS. His employees are responsible for the police overt digital surveillance system (blue light camera system), monitoring cameras to assist with homicide and other criminal investigations and the TeleServe Call Center, assisting city residents with non-emergency calls for service. In addition, Collins oversees all recruiting, hiring, and onboarding responsibilities associated with TSS.
