Acquisition Will Grow Convergint’s Presence in Houston and the South Central U.S., Bolstering Capabilities in Healthcare, Education, and Commercial Vertical Markets
Convergint, a global leader in service-based systems integration, today announced it has acquired Ballou Fire Systems, LLC, a Houston-based integrator that designs, installs, and services electronic life safety, security, and communications systems. The acquisition brings an expert team to Convergint, expanding the company’s capabilities in the Houston and South Central region and bolstering its service offerings with a focus on the healthcare, education, and commercial markets. The company’s focus on total life safety protection enables Convergint to build on Ballou’s already extensive and established network of customers and partnerships in the region.

Convergint, a global leader in service-based systems integration, today announced that its 17th annual conference, Unite Denver, will take place from March 12-15, 2023 at the Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center in Denver, CO. This year’s conference theme is “Foundations,” referring to the founding mission upon which the company was built, and will focus on uniting and empowering 1,500 Convergint colleagues and partners with networking, professional development, and collaboration opportunities to drive the industry forward.

Latest acquisition welcomes 140 colleagues, deepening local expertise across key verticals including healthcare, education, commercial, retail, and government
Convergint, a global leader in service-based systems integration, today announced it has acquired Beckwith, a Texas-based integrator comprised of Beckwith Electronic Engineering, Co. and Beckwith Electronic Systems, LLC. Beckwith specializes in communication, security, and life safety systems, and the acquisition adds 140 colleagues to Convergint, greatly expanding the company’s vertical reach and presence across the South Central region of the United States.

Convergint Acquires MVP Tech, Expanding Service Offerings in the Middle East
Convergint, a global leader in service-based systems integration, today announced it has acquired MVP Tech, a leading UAE-based security and IT systems contractor serving private enterprises and government clients for the past two decades.
