Convergint Affinity Group Leaders recently came together in Atlanta, Georgia for their first in-person leadership meeting. This three-day meeting incorporated leaders from 8 different affinity groups currently active at Convergint:
The leadership meeting gave leaders not only a chance to connect with one another, but an opportunity to work together to build goals for their groups. Some of these goals included promoting membership, encouraging professional development opportunities, creating a more inclusive work environment, and much more.
