Convergint APAC Unites in Bangkok at Annual Conference

From February 19th to 22nd, 2025, Convergint’s Asia Pacific (APAC) team gathered at the Shangri-La Bangkok in Thailand for the annual Unite conference. Held with the theme “A World of Promise”, this year’s event marked a significant milestone as over 500 colleagues from across APAC—and around the globe—came together, along with key industry partners that joined the conference in the region for the very first time.

Over four dynamic days, Unite Bangkok revolved around the core conference goals of networking, education, recognition, and fun and laughter, with strategic discussions, collaborative breakouts, and vibrant cultural experiences. The event served not only as a platform for sharing knowledge and aligning on future goals but also as a celebration of colleague achievements and camaraderie.

This year’s conference marked the first pan-APAC Unite, creating invaluable opportunities for cross-regional collaboration and connection. The presence of industry partners added another layer of value, allowing for face-to-face engagements focused on collaborative success.

The conference featured an array of insightful sessions, including regional and global strategy updates and a powerful panel discussion with global leaders on Winning as One Convergint. Deep-dive sessions and functional breakouts allowed for further learning and cross-regional collaboration, whilst industry partners showcased the latest technologies and hosted dedicated sessions, equipping colleagues with cutting-edge knowledge to better serve customers.

Recognising excellence is a cornerstone of Convergint’s culture, and this year’s conference shone a spotlight on outstanding achievements from 2024. Colleagues across APAC were honoured for their dedication and impact, spanning both individual and team contributions and inspiring continued excellence across the region.

True to Convergint culture, Unite Bangkok incorporated plenty of fun & laughter in the event. Highlights included a high-energy team-building activity where over 500 attendees collaborated to complete an awe-inspiring domino challenge, and cultural performances from across APAC which showcased creativity, pride, and diversity.

As Unite Bangkok 2025 came to a close, attendees departed with fresh perspectives, renewed connections, and actionable strategies to drive future success.
