Naved’s journey at Convergint took an unexpected turn in 2019 when he was presented with the opportunity to move from the Gurugram office to Pune. Initially apprehensive, Naved found solace in the company’s continuous support, which eased his transition and opened doors to new possibilities. In Pune, Naved embraced his newfound responsibilities with zeal, leveraging his experience and expertise to make a meaningful impact and drive growth in the expanding location.

As Naved’s career flourished, so did his personal life. Welcoming a beautiful daughter into the world in 2023, Naved appreciated Convergint’s accommodating work setup which allowed him to prioritise his family without compromising on his professional commitments. In his free time, Naved cherishes moments with his loved ones, embarking on long drives and creating memories.
