Transition to the Global IT Delivery Centre
In 2023, Madhushree transitioned her Convergint journey to the Global IT Delivery Centre (GITDC)—a dedicated centre to support Convergint’s software and IT systems globally—a move that aligned perfectly with her background in IT recruitment. This new role allowed her to leverage her experience and skills in a different capacity, focusing on the specific needs of the IT department within Convergint. Madhushree has found this transition to be an exciting challenge, providing her with new opportunities for growth and the chance to make a broader impact.
