Ann Fandozzi joined Convergint earlier this year, bringing a wealth of experience from her previous roles as CEO of RB Global, Abra Auto Body & Glass, and vRide, along with senior leadership positions at Whirlpool, DaimlerChrysler, Ford Motor Company, and Lockheed Martin. The company is already accelerating its global growth under her leadership.
Eric Yunag, Executive Vice President of Products and Services at Convergint, will speak at the Security Megatrends panel. He will address key industry trends, their impacts, and new opportunities. Attendees will engage through the mySIA app with interactive discussions and polls. Additionally, all Securing New Ground (SNG) attendees will receive the 2025 SIA Security Megatrends report upon its release in early December.

Ann Fandozzi
Chief Executive Officer, Convergint
Ann Fandozzi joined Convergint as Chief Executive Officer in February 2024. This is her fourth CEO role, having previously served as CEO for RB Global, Abra Auto Body & Glass, and vRide—leading these companies through unprecedented transformation and growth. Prior to these roles, Ann held senior leadership positions at Whirlpool, DaimlerChrysler, Ford Motor Company, and Lockheed Martin. She holds a B.S. degree in Computer Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology, an M.S. degree in Systems Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania, and an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
Eric Yunag has over 20 years of experience in the electronic security industry. He served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Dakota Security Systems before its acquisition by Convergint. During his twenty-year tenure at the company, he led numerous operational and sales initiatives, as well as the expansion of the company into new locations around the country. He currently serves as the Executive Vice President of Products and Services for Convergint.
