He has spent 12 years in the physical security industry–all with Convergint. Jeremy started in the field and has implemented hundreds of systems, some with over 1000 cameras and card readers. He then spent 10 years as an Account Executive supporting some of Convergint’s largest and most complex Healthcare enterprise clients. Jeremy joined Convergint’s Digital Transformation team in 2022 and is responsible for helping companies navigate the technology evolution taking place in the security industry. Jeremy has a special focus in Cloud Native Technologies, IoT, Artificial Intelligence, and Computer Vision.

Tony graduated from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) of Troy, New York with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial and Management Engineering. He has spent 7 years in the physical security industry – all with Convergint. Tony was the first graduate of the Convergint Development Program in 2015. He then spent 6 years as an Account Executive supporting some of Convergint’s largest and most complex enterprise clients.

Mike Maxsenti is the co-founder of Sequr Access Control acquired by Genea in 2019. He currently heads up Genea’s access control operations by helping enterprise companies and office buildings automate access control and security management to increase security while reducing costs. Mike was born and raised in Orange County, CA, and graduated from the College of Charleston.
